The Jobs for Illinois (JILG) program has had a very positive effect on our community and school. Many students now have the opportunity to learn job skills, interview stategies, attend leadership workshops, serve as mentors for other students, and a variety of other experiences. The Flora High School's JILG students leave the program with a greater sense of purpose due to time spent on community service projects. The community has a greater appreciation for high school students because of the help they have received.
